ARRANGEMENTS IN % AUCKLAND. The ! perambulation of.', the ; streets ,of Auckland by a model " tank," to receive subscriptions, will- be one of the features of. the ilete in aid of the Tribute to France Fund, to bo held on September 3, .4, and 5., The; free use of the Town Hall has been granted to the, management of the fund for September 4 and 5, and also for September 3, if . the hall is then disengaged. The " Daffodil Day," j which the Victoria League proposes to hold for the benefit- of '■■ the Tribute Fund,- has , been altered from' August 30, the • date originally proposed/ to September 6. Yet another movement 'in furtherance-' of the tribute is to be the • holding of a Daffodil Show by the Auckland_ Horticultural Society on September 13 and 14, at the New Zealand" Insurance Company's buildings. \\ \
