NIGHT ABOVE NIAGARA.
ADVENTURE OF TWO SAILORS. RESCUE IN THE MORNING. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed, 5.5 p.m.) NIAGARA PALLS, Aug. 7. An American and a Swedish sailor, on board a stranded scow, which broke loose from a tug above the Falls, spont a night on the edge of Goat Island, on the verge of engulfment by the Falls. Searchlights heartened the men until daylight, when a lifeline shot from tho roof of the powerhouse dragged the scow safely ashore.
