Baiidon checked progress, and after considerable skiimiehing made a fine hit, which to York and Nicholson followed up, but failed 'it to us© to advantage. Soon after Areta maintained their offensive, and York, taking the •). ball from a few yards outside the circle, SO beat Alexander and got in an easy shot from st in front of the goal- Areta, 1; Mount Eden, st 0. Mount Eden again won the bully, but n- lost their advantage. Jansen breaking from r- across halfway, and sending to Alexander, 1. who shot wide.
