SWELLING TIDE OF ANTI-GERMAN FEELING IN RUSSIA.
ATTEMPTS TO ENTER COMMERCIAL LIFE RESISTED. BOLSHEVIKS ADMIT GROWING CZECHOSLOVAK MENACE. Australian and N.Z. (Received 8.35 p.m.), COPENHAGEN, July 31. The German newspapers are displaying increasing alarm at the anti-German feeling in Russia and particularly at the resistance to German attempts to gain ground in Russian commercial life. Meanwhile the Bolshevik Government openly admits that the Czech-Slovak movement is becoming critical. The Czechoslovaks are approaching Moscow, which is seriously threatened. Street; fighting has occurred in Moscow, but the Government suppressed the revolt.
