FRESH APPOINTMENTS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 7.25 p.m.) COPENHAGEN. July 14. The Berlin Vossische Zeitung states that von Dembussche, Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs, succeeds von Hintze, the new Foreign Minister, as Ambassador at Christiania. Herr Rosenberg, who was connected with the Brest Litovsk peace negotiations, succeeds Count von Mirbach, the Ambassador assassinated in Moscow.
