COMMERCIAL EDUCATION.
BRITISH PROPOSALS. LONDON UNIVERSITY PLAN. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. July 14. The University of London has drafted a scheme instituting a degree in commerce. Meanwhile the Leeds University has established a three years' special diploma course with special reference to the textiles industry, the subjects including economics and languages. The third year must be spent at some colonial or foreign university.
