GERMANS AMONG TROOPS. (Received 1.40 a.m.') Pouter LONDON. Juno 8. A Harbin correspondent states that the Bolshevik forces are concentrating against General Seminoff, the Cossack leader in Siberia, the troops including 2000 Austrians and Germans. The Berlin press urges intervention in Siberia.
