SEEDS OF RUIN IN AUSTRIA

REBELLION ON INCREASE.

THE ARMY IMMOBILISED. A. and N.Z. LONDON. June 7.

The Central News Agency states that people arriving in Switzerland from Vienna state that the impression prevails in Vienna that Austria is likely to undergo Russia's experiences. The rebellious spirit is growing everywhere from political and economic reasons. Innumerable attempts have been made recently against military works, especially in Dalmatia and Croatia. Hungarian patrols in Bosnia were massacred and the railways torn up. Toe present immobility of the Austrian Army is said to be due to internal insecurity. Poor harvest prospects aggravate the situation.
