The last shattered remnants of the Red Guards have concentrated near Kotka, where they are surrounded by White Guards. The Swedish newspaper Dagblad states that negotiations are proceeding for the appointment of Duke Adolf of Mecklenburg-Schwerin as King of Finland. Australian and X Z. Cable Association.
