ARMY RIGHT OF APPEAL.
TESTING SENTENCES. A. and N.Z. LONDON, April 23. The Government has added a clause to the Army Bill giving officers and men the right to appeal before the death sentence of a court martial is confirmed, and any officer or soldier asked to resign a com mission who is aggrieved will have th' l right to appeal before a member of tl <■ Army Council.
