1 C. AND D. RESERVISTS. i _ _ ' SEVEN PASS THE DOCTOR. : The decision of the Defence Department . to accept volunteers from Classes C and D. Second Division, for the forty-second reinforcement draft, which is due to mobilise for despatch to camp on May 23, resulted in a number of reservists offering themselves for active service at the old recruiting station, Kitchener Street, on ; Monday and Tuesday. Of 10 volunteers, j seven "were passed as fit by the Medioai Board, as follows: — Da-vies, John P., insurance agent. Prospect Terrace ■ Eadie, Forbes, -.rmer, Onenunaa.. 1 Johnston. George baker, Mackay Street. ENIJSTMINT OF YOUTHS, SEVEN PASSED AS FIT. I Ten 19-year-old youths have also volunteered this week, of whom seven have been passed as fit for active service, and three have been classified CI. The names, occupations, and addresses of the fit men are :— Carter, Bertie C, motor-mechanic, Tark Road, Cliraie, Putu, flax-hand, Ranga-riri. Hirst. Edward, fireman, EclendaJe.
