A. and N.Z. . NEW YORK, April 12. The Archbishop of York, Dr. Cosmo Lang, in the courso of a speech, said that Britain was stripping for a great battle. He had no doubt but that victory would bo achieved. France stood undaunted and unconquerable. The decision to conscript the Irish showed that Britain was prepared for any sacrifice and,any risk to ensure success. He would tell' England that tho American spirit was aroused, and that she would stand by till the end.
