A British Admiralty report on the sub- ' marine campaign during the week ended • April 6 gives the following figures, those 8 of the last report being given In paren- ' theses. The returns are now issued for ' the week ending midnight on Saturday. The figures give the arrivals and sailings ' of merchant vessels of all nationalities, over 100 tons net, at and from United ' Kingdom ports, exclusive of fishing and ! local craft, and the number of British " merchant vessels sunk by mines or sub- ' marine, and unsuccessfully attacked by , submarines:— 8 .
