BREACHES OF AWARDS.
In the Magistrate's Court yesterday, before Mr. E. C. Cutten, S.M., J. Learning, a driver, was ordered to pay a penalty of £1 for leaving the employ of J. J. Craig, Ltd., without giving notice. s Andrews and Andrews, carriers, Otahuhu, were dealt with similarly for failing to keep a proper overtime and wages book.
