CHRISTCHURCH. Thursday. Before the Military Service Board to-day Edward Reginald Williams claimed ho was not a reservist, as at the lime ho was drawn in the ballot he was undergoing a sentence of one year's imprisonment on a charge of seditious utterances. Tlio appeal was allowed. The chairman remarked that appellant could he called up again in the ballot, and added that ha hoped that would happen soon.
