Lord Rhondda says that, when general rationing is enforced on April 7, hard physical labourers will have an extra 50 per cent, of meat, chiefly bacon. Very hard physical labourers will have 100 per cent, extra. This is possible owing to tho voluntary self-sacrifice of the people of the United States and to tho rationing schemo in London, which has proved a great success.
