BRITAIN NOT SATISFIED. (Received 8.20 p.m.). Renter. LONDON, Mar. 12. Germany states that Captain Scholtze and Sub-lieutenant Wookoy, tho two British airmen sentenced for distributing leaflets, havo been pardoned. Britain has replied that she is not satisfied with their treatment because she has not admitted that any offence has been committed. A further explanation is awai'.ed.
