HAMILTON DIVORCE CASES.
TWO DECREES GRANTED* [BY telegraph.— cohrksfondent.) HAMILTON, Monday. Two divorce cases were dealt with at the Supreme Court to-day. Mrs. Baillie, of Auckland, applied for a divorce from her husband, Alexander Baillie, on tho ground of adultery. Petitioner gave evidence that she was married on February 2, 1912, in Sydney, and came to New Zealand. She parted from her husband in Auckland about six weeks after the second baby was bom, and had only seen him occasionally since. Respondent was working around Rotorua for about 18 months, and then wont to camp on homo service in December, 1917. Later she saw him in Auckland, when he admitted having committed adultery. A decreo nisi, to bo made absolute in three months, was granted, and the petitioner was given tho custody of the children. Costs on tho lower scale wero allowed. In the case of Robert Parr, storekeeper, Hamilton, who applied for a divorce from Lillio Marion Parr on the grounds of desertion, His Honor granted a decree nisi, to bo mado absolute in three months, Mrs. Parr to have the custody of the girl, and Mr. Parr the custody of the young boy. The case of Moldrum Alfred Elliott v. Grace 51, Elliott was set down for hearing on Wednesday.
