GROWTH OF THE OUTPUT. A.'and N.Z. « WASHINGTON. Mar. 10. Tho Shipping Board announces that 31 fillips, aggregating 190,100 tons, werecompleted in January and February. It is estimated that 35 vessels, totalling 220,954 tons, will be launched in March. Officials believe that tho shipping programme is now running smoothly.
