LONDON, Feb. IS.

Several members of the House of Commons asked why Colonel Repington was allowed to publish his criticisms of the Versailles Council. Mr. Bonar Law stated that Colonel Repington's article was submitted to the censor, who refused to allow publication. Subsequently it wag published in a different form, but was not re-submitted. The Government was prosecuting Colonel R«pington and the Morning Post.
