Extra prime ox Bold at up to £2 12s per 1001b, ordinary quality £2 5s to £2 7s; cow and heifer beef made 40s to 44s per 1001b. Veal: A moderate yarding, and prices were on a par with late rates. Extra heavy runners made up to £10 17s; heavy suckers £5 7s 6d to £7 15s, choico £8 9s to £5 12s, small £2 15s to £3 6s, others 8s to 225. Mutton: A small yarding, and prices were equal to late rates. Extra heavy primp wethers sold at up to 85s. mediumweight 31s to 325; ewes 80s 9d, light and medium quality up to 225, Lamb: A fair yarding, and prices were lower than last week. Fat prime woolly lambs made to 18s 6d; shorn, 10s 6d to 15s. Pork: A moderate yarding, which sold at advanced rates. Choppers made up to £6 10s; baconers, £4 to £6 Sb; porkers, 44s to 60s.

Messrs. Alfred Buckland and Sons, Ltd., report:— We had a full yarding of stock at ou* monthly AVaitakaruru sale on Friday. With the exception of grown steers there was a good demand for all classes. Fat cows sold from £9 to £12 10s; store cows, £6 10s to £8 10a; 2 to 21-year steers, £8 10s to £10 16s; yearling to 18-months steers, £6 103 to £7 15s; heifers, samo age, £6 to £5 15s; calves, £2 6s to £2 lis. We held our weekly sale of dairy and store stock at Wostfield on Thursday, and had a full muster. At Pukekoho on Tuesday we held our usual monthly sale, and had an extri large yarding, young cattle predominating. There was a large attendance, and values were much the same as those ruling at recent sales.
