TO BE COURT-MARTIALLED.

ALLEGED DISOBEDIENCE. A cotrnT-martial will" sit at' district headquarters, Auckland, at 10 a.m. tomorrow, for the purpose of trying Private H. Wright, N.Z.E.F., on a charge of disobeying, in such a manner 'as to show a wilful defiance of authority, a lawful command given personally by his superior officer, in that he, at Auckland, _on November 5, refused to undergo medical examination. The court will be constituted as follow : President, liieutenart-Colonel C. H. Turner, sth, Wellington, Regiment; members, Captain W. Q. Kawish, R.N.Z.A., Devonport, and Lieutenant W. T. Palmer, 3rd, Auckland, Mounted Rifles: waiting member, Lieutenant W. Roberts, N.Z.G.A., Devonport; members for' instruction, Lieutenant R. A. Barstow, New Zealand Rifle Brigade, and Lieutenant G. N. Hill, N.Z.E.F.; Major J. F. Pullen, Ney Zealand Garrison Artillery Division, will prosecute.
