Chelmsford, for Mangapai. at 6 p.m. Owing to it being a public, holiday yesterday thero was very little movement in the shipping in port, Only four vessels worked cargo, this being done in order that they may be despatched as quickly as possible. The main portion of the hull is fettling down in the sand.
