SOCIAL HYGIENE BILL.
[BY TELEGRAPH.— ASSOCIATION.] CHRISTCHURCH, Monday. At a public meeting to-night, presided over by the Mayor, and addressed by Dr. Maud Fere, tha following resolution was passed:—" That this meeting of men and women of Christchurch heartily supports the , Social Hygiene Bill now 1 before Parliament, with the exception of Claude 19, which tra strongly urge should be deleted, as it is at present worded, and, further, that a clause should be inserted providing for the compulsory confidential notification of venereal disease to a venareal diseases specialist, working in eonjunction with s local medical officer of health." . - ,
