The Chancellor, Dr. Michaelis and the pan-Germans find themselves pitted against the Releasing life ' majority, instead of merely the Independent Socialists. Admiral von BK Capelle accuses Dr. Michaelis of shameful desertion after they had Iflfl'feagreed to stand together in the whole affair. MBfe A Danish oaper says that the mutiny in the German Navy began Sf Sin-February, when the Dreadnought Bayern'ti crew, owing to unsajbisftfe: factory food, tied an officer to the anchor and let it into the sea.
