FOUR SHIPS DESTROYED. ( ROME, Oot. 11. During the week ended October 7 the arrivals at Italian ports numbored 503, and the departures 467. Two vessels above, and two below, 1500 tons were sunk. One sailing vessel was unsuccessfully attacked. Last week five small sailing vessels were sunk
