NEW SYSTEM ANNOUNCED. VESSELS IN SQUADRONS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received 9.30 p.m.) PARIS, Sept. 28. The Madrid correspondent of the Correspondence Militaire, announces that Gormany is inaugurating new submarine methods. The vessels will in future- be grouped in squadrons instead of hunting singly.
