WELLINGTON, Friday. The wife of the licensee of the Cricketers* Arms Hotel was fined £10 at tho Magistrate's Court tin's morning for & breach of the Anti-shouting Regulations. A barmaid at the Grand Hotel was fined £5 for a similar offence, but the amount was increased to £10 to allow of appeal being made,
