THE EFFICIENCY BOARD
MEMBERS APPOINTED. TWO CABINET MINISTERS. THREE OF ORIGINAL BOARD. [BY telegraph.—special correspondent.] WELLINGTON, Friday. The reconstitution of the National Efficiency Board has been completed by the. reappointment of Mr. W. Ferguson, chairman of the old board. The board will, therefore, consist of the following :— 111. Hon. W. F. Massey, Prime Minister. Sir Joseph Ward. Mr. G. Elliot, Auckland. Mr. W. Ferguson, Wellington. Mr. J. A. Frostick, Canterbury. Mr. J. Begg, Otago. Mr, T. Moss, farmers' representative.
