O'Brien. J. U. iCpi.l. D.C.M.-Mrs. Alice Parr, Denniston. RIFLEMAN B. H. BLAKEMORE. Rifleman Boden Herbert Blakemore, who has been awarded the Military Medal, i.- th? eldest son of Mr. J. J. B. Blakemore. 93, College Hill. He was born in Grevtown in 1895, and educated at Wellington Terrace and Karori schools. Prior to enlistment in the Rifle Brigade he was in the leather trade in Wellington. Rifleman Blakemore fought in Egypt against the Senussi. He was also engaged in the tattle of the Somme, and in later fighting hi Belgium.
