A. and N.Z.-Bouter. LIMA, Sept. 27. The Peruvian Government has demanded satisfaction from Germany within eight days for the sinking of the barque Lorton, otherwise relations will be severed.

OTHER ACTION PROBABLE. A. and N.Z. MONTE VIDEO. Sent. 26, The Uruguayan Congress meets on Saturday to consider the question of severing relations with Germany. It is believed that the Paraguayan Government also favours breaking relations with the German Government.
