THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL.
His Excellency the Governor-General, the Earl of Liverpool, is expected to arrive in Auckland this morning. His Excellency will inspect the troops of the Auckland Garrison on the Queen's Wharf this evenin"-, and will present a number of Military Medals and decorations to returned soldiers and the next of kin of deceased members of the Expeditionary Force at the Towr Hall afterwards. General Sir Alfred Robin, Commandant of the New Zealand Forces, and Surgeon General R. S F. Henderson, Director-General of Medical Services, will accompany His Excellency.
