POLISH ASPIRATIONS.
OUTLET TO THE SEA. PREMATURE PEACE OPPOSED. Router. LONDON. August 19. A meeting of the Polish Congress at Moscow resolved in favour of the creation of an independent Polish State, to include all Polish territories, with an outlet to the Baltic Sea, north of the Vistula, The meeting also declared that a premature peace would be contrary to Polish interests.
