PRESBYTERIAN CHURCHES.

ST. ANDREW'S

The annual meeting of the members of St Andrew's Presbyterian Church, held last evening, was well attended. The annual report showed that pood progress had been made in every department. The following office-bearers were appointed: Elders, Messrs. J. Comrie. W. J. Murray, D. Gordon, G. G. Campbell, W. Campbell, J. Shearer, J. Reid, J. M Brodie, ; deacons, Messrs. W. Crombie, M. Macdonald, B. Scott, W. Dixon, H. Fieldsend, J. Wallace. A special meeting of the congregation was held after the annual meeting, _at •which a proposal that the Sunday evening pervice should be held in future at the Tivoli Theatre was approved. - ' MOUNT EDEN. The annual meeting of members of the Mount Kden Presbyterian Church was held last evening, the Rev. J. W. Shaw presiding over a large gathering. During the past year the congregation had been constituted a fully-sanctioned charge, and the report showed that good progress and expansion had .been made in all departments of flic church work. The following were elected new members of the board of managers: Messrs. W. B. Fordvec. J. A. Paterson. R. Robertson and ,j' Mars. A number of musical items were given throughout the evening.
