CHINESE REVOLUTION.
ROYALISTS IN RETREAT. ABANDONMENT OF CAPITAL A. and N.Z. Cable. LONDON. July 10. The Royalist army of China under Chang-Hsun has shown email appetite for fighting, and has retired from Pekin, allowing the Republican forces to surround the capital. It is now feared that Chang-Hsun's army may run amok.
