RETURN HOME IMPRACTICABLE* [by TELEGRAPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION".] WELLINGTON, Wednesday. Replying to a question in the House of Representatives to-day. the Minister for Defence, Sir James Allen, stated that the suggestion to bring home on leave to New Zealand members of the Main Body now on service is not practicable. ' Such action would undoubtedly result ia deterioration of the efficiency cf our forcea in the held.
