Craddock, auctioneer and land agent, was filed to-day. The amount due to unsecured creditors is shown at £17,084, and to secured creditors at £3972, making a total of £21,056. Securities are estimated to be ■worth £4500, leaving a surplus over secured debts of £528.
The assets are: Book debts, £1447 (estimated to produce £700) ; furniture, £1000; property, £780; total assets, £3008. The secured creditors are:— Bowden's Trust, £2472 (security £4500) and L. C. Gardiner, £1500.
