RUSSIAN MINISTER INFORMS AMERICAN GOVERNMENT. Australian and N.Z. Cable. (Received 13.45 p.m.) WASHINGTON. July 1.
It transpires that M. Kerensky, Russian Minister for War, three weeks ago informed the United States Government that a Russian offensive -would be made early in July.
Außtralian and N.Z. Cable. (Received 1.&0 a.m.) NEW YORK, July 3. A despatch from Petrograd states that the Russian Minister for .War, M. Kerensky, personally led the Russians to victory.
