HUNGARIAN CABINET.
SETBACK FOR EMPEROR.
COUNT TISZA'S ACTIVITIES,
Auftralian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received 9.16 p.m.) BERNE, Juno 6. Count Andrassy has failed to form a Hungarian Cabinet, and the Emperor has entrusted the task to Count Stephen Burian, who is regarded as the political vassal of Count Tisza, the late Premier. Count Andrassy's failure is considered to bo a personal failure for the Emperor, who is unable to circumvent Count Tisza's activities.
