EXHIBITION OF OFFICIAL FILMS.

Wellington. Thursday. Ay arrangement has just been completed between the Y.M.C.A. and the New Zealand Government under which the association undertakes the exhibition of official war films, taken by the British War Office, and forwarded to the various Governments. One of the conditions of the arrangement is that the entire net profit derived from the exhibition is to be devoted towards the alleviation of the hardships and sufferings entailed by the war. A comDrehensive tour, planned by the Y.M.C.A.. will occupy about twelve months. The pictures are to be accompanied by a staff of lecturers. It is believed that the pictures will bring home to the people in a vivid manner the grim realities of war, and arouse greater sympathy and bring greater support to the organisations for the benefit of the men
