The vessel has on board a part cargo of transhipments ex an inter-colonial steamer. She is due to arrive here this morning, and will berth at the King's Wharf. . The Union Company's steamer hokiri arrived at Cnehunga on Saturday morning, with a cargo of produce from Picton. She ie to sail for Greymouth at 3 p.m. to-day. The port of Onehunga had a busy appearance on Saturday morning, the berthage being taxed to its utmost capacity with shipping.. The vessels at the wharf comprised tho Kokiri, Storm, Rarawa, Rimn, and Arepawa. Messrs. Emerali and Forde report that the small Auckland steamer Doto, which was bought some timo ago by a syndicate, has been sold again to Mr. George Nicol, of Auckland. NOTICE TO MARINERS. The following notice to mariners appeared in tho latest Gazette:— masters ol oversea ships from Panama to Auckland have recently been making the mistake of thinking that Cuvier Island is a signal-station with telegraphic communication with the mainland.
