No official deliverance during the war has caused such a sensation in the newspapers, the streets, the clubs, and the House of Commons. (Received 10.20 p.m.) LONDON, April 3. Speaking in the House, of Commons, Mr. Bonar Law said the British Ambassador at Washington had telegraphed that Mr. Wilson's speech had been well received by Congress, and it was exported the authority asked for would be given.
