GERMANY AND HOLLAND.
COMMERCIAL NEGOTIATIONS USE OF THE SCHELDT. Times. AMSTERDAM. Dec. 7. It is reported that Germany has completed a commercial agreement with Holland, greatly to the disadvantage of the latter country, and that Germany now requests the partial use of the Scheldt.
