It is officially announced that the blockade of Greece will commence to-morrow. .In a leader urging the need of promptly dealing with the Creek danger, the London Times says: '"The disappearance of General I'alkenhayn's name from the German official reports is sinisterly significant. The Servian railway system is at his disposal, and it is not difficult to perceive where he may next emerge. The allies operating from Salonika are holding an extended and possibly vulnerable front. Our military intelligence appears to be faulty. We have been told that the Greek army is inefficient and badly equipped, yet now it is revealed to be sufficiently numerous and formidable to exercise a serious influence on the position in Macedonia.

It was reported a few days ago that the allies had placed an embarpu on Greek ships lying at allied ports. French newspapers have since forecasted the interior blockade of Greece and the seizure of all Customs and the 00-i.pation of all important points..
