She will leave for the South again 011 Tuesday afternoon. THE ST. LOUIS. An arrival in port yesterday was the French stecmer St. Louis, from Surprise Island, with a cargo of superphosphates. The F nion Company = steamer Arahura, arrived from the East Coast yesterday morn ing. and berthed at the Queen's Wharf to land passengers and a quantity of general cargo.
