The Waihemo, with coal from Newcastle, berthed at the King's Wharf yesterday, shortly after noon. The Monowai, which arrived last evening from Southern ports, berthed at the Queen's Wharf. She wul sail for Napier direct on Saturday, at 7 p.m. The Kahika left Greymouth yesterday at 1 aom., and should reach Onehunga with a cargo of coal this afternoon. The Arahura is timed to reach Auckland I from the Bast Coast at 9 a.m to-day. She will berth at the Queen's Wharf. THE PORT LYTTELTON. The C. and D. steamer Port Lyttelton is expected to leave Sydney for Auckland on Saturday. She has 1200 tons of general cargo for this pert. RT7ERTNA DELAYED. The Riverina was timed to leave Wellington for Sydney on Thursday, but advice has now been received that the vessel will not get away from Wellington before to-morrow. ! and it may bo even later. The vessel was to J dock in Sydney this trip, and apparently she ; ha* been delayed on this account. . TEL& PORT PHILIP. The steamer Port Philip, after completing discharge of 500 tons of general cargo for Auckland, is expected to sail for Wellington early this morning. THE GOLDEN GATE. .The barque Gold-en Gate took up a position in the stream last night preparatory to leaving for Wellington. THE CLANSMAN. The Clansman will take up her summer running to the north on November 6 making two trips weekly to Russell, Opua,' Mangonui, etc. No cargo will be taken for Russell or Opua on the second of the bi-weekly trips. THE STRATHAVON. An interesting visitor to the port is the steamer Strathavon. which arrived yesterday morning from New York. She is one of the vessels which were purchased for the Australian Government when Mr Hughes was in England. The vessel is on her way to Australia to engage in wheat-carrying She has 300 - tons of general cargo for Auckland, and is expected to leave for Wellington to-day. I After discharging at that port the Strathavon will proceed to Sydney and Melbourne.
