NAVAL OFFICERS' UNIFORM.
KHAKI AUTHORISED. (Received 1.30 a.m.) Times. i LONDON, Oct. 30. The Admiralty announces that naval officers employed ashore or abroad may henceforth wear khaki, instead of blue and white, when the Benior officer so orders. "TICKETS" FOR CLOTHING. LONDON, Oct. 22. Further restrictions have been made by Germany in connection with the purchase of clothing, pending control by the ticket system. The tickets will apply to all dress material for womon and for men, all underclothing, and such articles as aprons and handkerchiefs.
