EXCITEMENT IN PEKIN.
FALSE REPORTS CIRCULATED "REVOLUTION IX PARIS." Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received C.35 p.m.) PEKIN, Oct. 27. The displaying of inflammatory posters declaring that Paris was in revolution and that the French Government was approaching insolvency caused a run on the French Bank. The excitement is now diminishing.
