WORKINGMEN'S CLUBS.
FEDERATION CONSTITUTED. [BY TELEGRAPH — PRESS ASSOCIATION - ]. NAPIER, Friday. A conference of delegates from workingmen's clubs and similar institutions, held here to-day, formed a federation, with the object of securing the better control of clubs' business and affairs. Wellington, Auckland, Palmerston North, Kaiapoi, Gisborne, and Napier were represented. Christchurch, Oxford, Blenheim, and Greytown will accept the decisions, but were not represented.
