gr SUNK BY SUBMARINE. SEVERE LOSS OF LIFE. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received 5.6 D.n.) LONDON, Oct. 26, The Admiralty reports that on Monday a mine-sweeper was sunk by a submarine. All the officers and 73 men were loft. IN AID OF THE RED GROSS. lANZAC BOOK RAISES £3000. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received 8.5 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 26. The sale of tho Anzac book has realised £3000 for the Red Cross fund.
